The 5-step engine
A single continuous process removes the manual handoffs between capture, approval and payment, and leaves a record at every step.
Upload a digital PDF, drag in a batch of files, photograph a paper invoice from your phone, or connect your Gmail inbox and let invoice attachments arrive on their own. Captures taken offline queue up and sync when a connection returns.

Capabilities
Everything below is in the product today. It is built around the reality of a finance team: move faster without giving up the controls.
Ask us what the assistant covers on your data before you commit.
New: Billing and sales invoicing
Invoice IQ now handles both sides of the ledger. Alongside the supplier invoices you pay, Billing creates, approves and sends the sales invoices you are owed, on both Lite and Enterprise.
Your company admin turns Billing on in Billing Settings.
The foundations underneath the day-to-day work.
Every field and line item read on arrival, with no template per supplier, and re-readable at any time.
Approved invoices go through to your ledger as ready-to-pay bills, so nobody enters them a second time.
Put plain-language questions to the assistant about your own invoices and payments, inside your own tenant.
Sign in with your existing work account, unlock the app with biometrics, and keep your data in an isolated tenant.
Compared with how AP runs today
Most finance teams run payables on email and spreadsheets, or on an OCR tool bolted to them. This is what each one leaves you doing by hand.

Illustrative outcomes
Three things finance teams notice first. These are illustrative examples of how the platform changes the work, not customer quotes.
Invoices arrive in a queue instead of an email thread, so the approver knows what is waiting on them and how long it has been there. Nothing has to be chased twice.
Supplier, dates, taxes and every line item come in already read. The work becomes confirming what was extracted, which takes seconds per invoice rather than minutes.
The approval matrix separates who enters an invoice, who approves it and who releases the payment, and the trail is already there when the auditors ask.
Value estimator
Move the sliders to match how your team works today. The estimate assumes automation removes most of the typing and chasing, not all of it.

FAQ
Clear answers on how the platform works, what it connects to, and where the controls sit.
Invoice IQ is accounts payable (AP) automation software for small and growing businesses, made by AlgoTech Systems. It reads supplier invoices automatically, routes each one through your approval policy, groups approved invoices into payment runs and keeps a permanent audit trail, on the web and on Android. With Billing turned on, it also sends sales invoices to your own customers.
AP automation covers the whole invoice lifecycle, from the document arriving to the entry landing in your ledger. Older systems still expect someone to type the invoice in, or to maintain a template per supplier. Invoice IQ reads the header and every line item itself, routes the invoice through your approval policy, and groups approved invoices into payment runs.
Invoice IQ is for finance teams that process supplier invoices and want to stop typing them in. AlgoTech Lite suits lean teams that need invoices read, reviewed and paid with very little setup; the Enterprise Suite suits multi-department organisations that need cost centres, a four-stage approval chain and treasury release as a separate step.
During the early-bird launch offer, AlgoTech Lite is USD 5 and the Enterprise Suite is USD 10 for the first 3 months. The pricing page compares both editions capability by capability, and you can request a quote for the Enterprise Suite.
Invoice IQ reads PDF, PNG and JPG invoices: digital PDFs, scanned paper and photographs taken on a phone. It does not need a pre-configured template per supplier. Each extracted field carries a confidence score, and your team confirms the values side by side with the original document before the invoice moves on. Any invoice can be re-read at any time.
Every upload is checked against your existing invoices for a matching supplier, invoice number, date and amount, and a likely duplicate is flagged before it enters the approval queue. The approval matrix adds a second layer: the clerk who enters an invoice cannot also release the payment, and treasury release is a separate, recorded step.
Yes, on the Enterprise Suite. You set the value bands that decide who has to approve: lower-value invoices can stop at the department manager, while larger amounts escalate automatically to the finance manager before treasury sees them.
Approvers get their queue in the Invoice IQ Android app. They can open the original document, check the extracted line items, and approve or reject with a remark, which is required. Approvals made on mobile are the same actions as on the web and land in the same audit trail.
Yes, Invoice IQ integrates with Xero on both editions. An approved supplier invoice becomes a Xero bill with its supplier, line items, tax and due date already filled in, and the payment is recorded against it when you pay, so nobody re-keys anything. For a different ERP or accounting system, tell us: we build the integration on request and agree what it covers and when before you commit.
Yes. Your company admin connects your Gmail inbox once, with read-only access. Every few minutes, invoice attachments (PDF, PNG and JPG, up to 10 MB) are collected into an attachments queue, where your AP team chooses which to process and which to dismiss. Nothing is read or posted until someone confirms it.
Yes. Billing, on both editions, lets you create sales invoices for your customers with your own numbering and tax rates, approve them before they go out if you choose, and email them with a PDF attached and a secure link where the customer can view and download the invoice. Your company admin turns Billing on in Billing Settings.
Each sales invoice shows its status as it moves along: Sent, Viewed once your customer opens the link, then Part paid and Paid as a treasurer records payments. The invoice list totals what is outstanding and overdue, and credit notes reduce an invoice when you need to correct it.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each customer is held in an isolated tenant. Users sign in with their existing work account, the mobile app can be unlocked with biometrics, and every action is recorded in a permanent, append-only audit trail.
Lite suits a lean finance team that wants invoices read automatically, a straightforward review queue and batch payment runs, with very little setup. The Enterprise Suite adds department cost centres, the full four-stage approval chain with your own thresholds, and treasury release as a separate step.
